KABABA KANGWA
Kababa Kangwa is a results-driven finance professional with over 10 years of experience in finance, audit, tax, and risk advisory across the finance, audit, energy, and Pay-TV industries. An ACCA and ZICA certified chartered accountant, he specializes in private equity, transaction advisory, and local private sector development. With a proven track record of leading teams and providing strategic financial advice, Kababa serves as Director of Investments at the Pachalo Group, a private investment firm with diverse interests in finance, energy, agriculture, and construction.
MATAKELA LISIMBA
Accomplished legal practitioner and seasoned litigator with extensive experience spanning over two decades in legal practice, corporate governance, and board leadership. Holds a Bachelor of Laws(LLB) degree from the University of Zambia and is a registered Insolvency Practitioner and Commissioner of Oaths. Proven track record of success in representing clients in various legal matters, including litigation, commercial transactions, and corporate advisory. Adept at strategic decision-making, policy formulation, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Possesses a strong commitment to upholding ethical standards and driving organizational excellence.

BEN DONOVAN
B.Comm (Hons), ACG (CS) Company Secretary
Mr Donovan is the principal of Argus Corporate Partners Pty Ltd, a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and provides corporate advisory, IPO and consultancy services to a number of companies. Mr Donovan is currently a company secretary of several ASX listed and public unlisted companies and has gained experience across resources, agritech, biotech, media and technology industries.

He has extensive experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance, having served as a Senior Adviser at the ASX in Perth for nearly 3 years, where he managed the listing of nearly 100 companies on the ASX.
In addition, Mr Donovan has experience in the capital markets having raised capital and assisted numerous companies on achieving an initial listing on the ASX, as well as for a period of time, as a private client adviser at a boutique stock broking group.

MR JEFFREY FOSTER
Non-Executive Director
Mr Jeff Foster is a geologist with over 35 years international experience in mineral exploration and mine project development.

Mr Foster has a track record of innovation and delivery in both industry and academe having being an Associate Professor and Adjunct Professor at CODES, the ARC Center of Excellence in Ore Deposit Studies at the University of Tasmania and both a founding and Executive Director with Sirius Resources NL, an ASX200 listed company.
Most recently, Mr Foster was Chairman of Latitude 66, a public unlisted company with significant critical metals development path assets in Finland.

At Sirius, Mr Foster worked with teams to substantially de-risk the Nova-Bollinger project, add resources, develop corporate opportunities and raise capital resulting in industry leading total shareholder returns.

Since graduating with a Masters Degree in Mining and Mineral Exploration from Leicester University, UK, Jeff has gained more than 35 years of industry experience with Latitude 66, Sirius Resources NL, Geo Discovery, BHP – New Business Development, Western Mining Corporation – Exploration Division and Kambalda Nickel Operations.

This experience base encompasses exploration, discovery, opportunity recognition, project de-risking, financial evaluation and research in many parts of the world including Canada, USA, Brazil, Chile, UK, Norway, Finland, Sweden, China, India, Russia, South Africa, Namibia and Botswana.

MR RODERICK WEBSTER
Non-Executive Director
Mr Roderick Webster is a mining engineer (University of Sydney) with over 45 years of experience in the resources industry including more than 16 years as CEO of publicly listed companies. He is currently a non-exec Director of Greentech Metals, a copper and lithium explorer.

From 2005 to 2015 Mr Webster was a founding Director and CEO of Weatherly International Plc, a company engaged in copper mining and smelting in Namibia. Between 2001 and 2005 Mr Webster was a senior executive with First Quantum Minerals Ltd, a Canadian listed company developing copper mines in Zambia and Mauritania. Mr Webster was also the founding Director and CEO of Western Metals Ltd, a major Australian base metals producer during which time he served on the executive committee of the International Zinc Association. Earlier in his career Mr Webster held management positions with Homestake Gold of Australia Ltd and BHP Minerals Ltd. Mr Webster is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
